Yes! Purple Perks is just for registered members. Click here to register. In order to use your rewards, make sure to register your account online or via the mobile app. Without fully completing the registration process, you will not see or be able to apply the rewards earned. You can also opt in to receive text and email messages, which gives you the ability to receive additional personalized offers from time to time. 

Simply provide your phone number for the Purple Perks program to the Cashier in-store every time you make a purchase to earn points. You will earn points for online and Mobile App orders as well. When you reach 150 points, you will automatically receive a $10 Off Rewards; note the $10 Off Reward expires in 90 days from issue.

To register, just fill out a short form here, where you will be prompted to enter your phone number and click Next. From there, you will be required to validate your phone number by entering in a One-Time 6-digit Passcode within 5 minutes. Upon successful validation, you will be taken to the next screen to enter your profile details. As soon as you do, you’ll be on your way to enjoying great rewards, like 25 Points, just for registering! Remember, you can also register by downloading our mobile app. 

No, you do not need to register your account to earn points in the program, but you’ll need to register your account in order to redeem your rewards or offers. Plus, as a thank you for registering your account, you will receive 25 Points just for signing up! You can register here. 

Provide your phone number to the Cashier while you are making your purchase. If you have rewards or offers available to you, the Cashier will prompt you to apply your rewards or offers towards your order. Simply confirm that you would like to redeem it and the discount will be automatically applied to your order. The corresponding reward or offer will be removed from your account.  

For Mobile App orders, please ensure you are logged into your Purple Perks account by checking your Profile, then place the items in your cart. Once you go to the checkout screen, you will have the option to redeem rewards or offers on your purchase for qualifying items. 

For online orders, log into your Purple Perks account here. Once logged in, place items in your cart and go to the checkout page. Similar to ordering on the Mobile App, points will be available to redeem rewards or offers if applicable.   

All in-store and online purchases qualify for points, excluding gift card purchases or reloads, sales tax, tips, team member discounts, and the value of any discounts or promotions. 

For every $1 spent, 1 point is earned, less taxes, tips, discounts and other fees. You cannot earn points on any rewards or offers used on an order. 

No, you can only use one reward or discount per order, but you can accumulate multiple rewards for later use.  

To see your points or rewards, log into your Purple Perks account online here using your phone number and successfully enter a One-Time Passcode within 5 minutes. Only Registered Members will be able to log-in to view their points balance and available rewards. You can also log in on the Mobile App to view your points and rewards status!  

No, your points do not expire. That said, rewards and offers do expire. The Birthday Reward Offer expires after 14 days. Other rewards and offers’ expiration rules may vary. Sign in to your Purple Perks account to view more details.  

Most, but not all, Oola Bowls locations participate in the Purple Perks Rewards Program. For a list of participating locations, please visit the location page on our website at www.oolabowls.com. 

If you are earning points, but unable to redeem your points for rewards, it means you need to Register your account here or via the Oola mobile app. While you can earn points with just your phone number, you must register your phone number in order to redeem rewards. 

No, there are no plastic loyalty cards associated with Oola’s Purple Perks Rewards Program. Just give the Cashier your phone number during checkout in-store to earn points and redeem rewards.  

Your previous points from Toast Loyalty have been migrated to our new platform! All you need to do is Register for a new account here. Remember to you use the same phone number you used with Toast Loyalty. Once you Register, you will be able to access your points and rewards and offers. Plus, you’ll get 25 Points just for registering! 

If you ordered in-store, simply log-in to your account here and click “Add Points”, select “Order Number” and enter the details from your receipt to earn points on your transaction.  

If you ordered online or through the mobile app, but forgot to log in first, you’ll need to email help@oolabowls.com with a copy of your receipt and your phone number. We’ll take care of adding the points to your account. 

No, your phone number will only be used to track your reward points. We will never contact you without your permission.
