GIVEAWAY POLICY

Giveaway Period: The Oola Bowls® Instagram Swirl Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Employees of Oola Bowls, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter: To enter, purchase any Oola Swirl (soft-serve product) from any participating Oola Bowls location during the Giveaway Period. No discounts or offers are part of this Giveaway. Post a photo or video of your Oola Swirl on Instagram, tag @oolabowls, and include the caption “the better ice cream fix” in your post. Each eligible post counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Instagram Stories and private account posts are not eligible for entry.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the Giveaway end date. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Prize: One (1) Ninja Creami machine will be awarded. Approximate retail value: $229.99. Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the United States. No cash or other prize substitutions permitted. Oola Bowls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

General Terms: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Oola Bowls, which are final and binding. By participating, entrants grant Oola Bowls the right to use their submitted content, name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Ninja Kitchen.

Limitation of Liability: Oola Bowls is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures or errors. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Oola Bowls and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize use.
